Leading Foundation Appoints Indian-American As Director of Newly Created Position
Foundation: Knight Foundation, McKnight Foundation
Neeraj Mehta is the new director of learning for the Knight Foundation.
The foundation gives out some $90 million in grants annually.
He has spent the past two decades working to advance racial, social, and economic justice in neighborhoods and communities across the Minneapolis-St.Paul area.
He is a graduate in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota with a master's degree in public policy.
